Scope of Work:
Three floors of structural steel, entry stair with catwalk, steel bridge to back retaining wall, interior and exterior fireplaces, perforated garage door, roof deck planter box, stainless steel cable railing at stairs, landings, bridge, concrete stairs front and back, roof deck and balcony.
